Bionic Commando: Rearmed

I have met and exceeded the requirements. When I try to start the game I get an error:

Could not write license data! Please contact Customer Support for further instructions!

What can I do? It's frustrating

uninstall and reinstall?

I bought it, it's legal
I uninstalled and reinstalled as well.
