Biological Weapons in Iraq.. did anybody else see this?

It's on CNN right now.. and a bunch of places already have articles up.

". . .empty rocket warheads designed to carry chemical warfare agents at the Ukhaider Ammunition Storage Area on Thursday."

"Reaction was cautious to the discovery in Iraq today of 11 empty chemical warheads. The head of the U.N. team in Baghdad said the find "may not be a smoking gun" that showed a violation of U.N. resolutions. John Negroponte, U.S. ambassador to the U.N., said, "We'll have to wait and see what further develops on this question.""

Well, I looked and didn't see any other threads (except one about weapons inspections in Iraq vs. US, which is not really the same).. and I realize they're empty, which is why I included that bit.. but I was wondering what other people thought about this?

The fact still remains that the materials found today were not documented on their weapon's report. What else didn't they include in the report? Hmmm ....
