we always here about women and their biological clocks ticking and whatnot but do men have one also?

lately i've been feeling like i really need to find a girl and get moving.

either that or i'm really horny lately.

women also have built-in calendars so they remember all those silly obscure events like your anniversary and stuff... its annoying 🙂

Women only have a certain amount of eggs in their ovaries, and once they're gone they're gone. That's what they mean by their biological clock is ticking.

Wow. 😉 Just wow.

I don't mean to be condescending, but what do you think PMS and ovulation is for? 😉

Anyone else think it odd that you have to take a test to earn a license to drive a car, but where this topic is concerned... eh, whatever.

Um... women have millions of eggs in there. don't think they ever 'run out' of eggs. They just stop ovulating.

what your feeling is natural. As a man it is your job to spread your seed as often and as far as possible with as many partners as possible. Now since you have not been doing this at all you need to play catch up.

I don't think what you are saying is true. But may be I am wrong. Can you provide a reference?

No men are very capable well into old age. But for women they have a much shorter time to be able to concieve.

btw.....what do you do for a living that you always are hearing about womens ovulation and biological clocks? I rarely encounter this topic.

He is right...but wrong at the same time.

Women have upwards to a million eggs in their ovaries once they hit puberty. However, only about 400-500 of those eggs will ever get released. So despite the fact that they have more eggs than they release, they still have a limited amount that actually release during their lifespan. And like I said, once they're out they're out.

Oh please. Women don't have 10,000 periods in their lifetime. The number of eggs has nothing to do with the biological clock. It's called menopause. Women stop ovulating because their body can no longer carry a healthy baby to term. It happens later in life, 40-50 I believe. Thats what they mean by their biological clock is ticking.

Men have a virtually unlimited amount of time to have kids. Their sperm remain very potent throughout their lives, although a new study shows that older men do have chromosome problems in their sperm. I think the study said it was really old males...generally past 70, when one would not want to have a kid anyway.
