Bio settings program?

A friend of mine asked me to find a program called ex something for setting the bios. I know, incredibly helpful. hehe I was hoping maybe somebody here would know what he's talking about. I've searched around but I'm getting too many results to wade though. Anyone? TIA!

I don't think I've ever heard of such a program. Best way is to just enter the bios and change the settings. You will learn more this way.
