*sigh* Another great piece of modern Americana unfortunately bites the dust. My wife and in-law's have been there many times.

Harrah's bought out Horseshoe Holdings Ltd, Jack Binion's Riverboat Casino company. It gave them the rights to the Horseshoe name in every state but Nevada. Harrahs has been wanting to buy the Horseshoe in Las Vegas for awhile, now they will get it for a much cheaper price.
