Binge eating- How many excess calories does the body keep?

Say you're 150lbs and eat and eat and eat. (breakfast, lunch, and dinner all you can eat buffets)

and you did no excercise that day either.

How many excess calories does the body store vs elminated as waste?

I'll just say one thing: the gut is probably one of the most amazing organs in the human body. Tremendously efficient, almost infinitely adaptable - given enough time.

Yep. Essentially, the body will increase or decrease intestinal motility based on a ton of factors (volume, acidity, hormone presence, nutrients). As a result, it will maximize the amount of calories absorbed from food. Even with binge eating, your body will slow motility to match the digestion rate. You will retain nearly all the calories that are digestible by the human body. This is why binge eating = bad idea.
