When the US apprehends and extradites Osama bin Laden, or let's say S. Hussein, if this is the case, and if they're still alive by then, would he/they be tried by a civilian court or by court martial? I am asking this in light of the US President's statement that this tragedy is an act of war. Also, trial by civilian courts can last years, while a military court acts much more swiftly.

I am not from the USA, but people here in the Philippines express our sincere sympathy and support for your nation. As a gesture, Philippine President Macapagal-Arroyo ordered Philippine flags to be raised at half-mast all over the country. Our country is also the victim of terroristic kidnappings and random bombings, and we share in the goal of putting an end to these senseless acts of terrorism.

God Bless.
