Bills passed by Congress today?

I'd heard of a fairly controversial spending bill or something that was passed yesterday, but received absolutely no press coverage. I was curious exactly what has been passed while Iraq has been occupying all of our attention. 🙂

I actually just did a search on the House page and it took me there. I went to CSPAN's web site to see what was up and they mentioned H.R. 975 which is "Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2003 ", but that has not passed, it is currently being discussed on the floor. Here is a link to the details.
