Billboards Urge Men Not To Have Sex With Minors

RICHMOND, Va. -- The state is posting billboards with messages such as "Isn't she a little young?" as part of a campaign to dissuade men from having sex with underage girls.

The campaign is aimed at reducing the number of young girls who have children with older men, the Virginia Department of Health said Monday.

In 1999 and 2000 in Virginia, men over 18 were responsible for 219 births involving girls who were 13 and 14, the department said.

Messages such as "Isn't she a little young?" and "Sex with a minor, don't go there" also appear on posters, coasters and napkins in bars, restaurants and stores in five cities.

"We encourage adult men to talk to their peers and discourage them from pursuing teenagers. What they are doing is unhealthy and against the law," said Robert Franklin, a health department official.

They have always been that way. The hard to tell part is how they drees and all the makeup. When I was in middle school most of the girls were not allowed to wear makeup let alone tight short ass clothing.

This would be almost 20 years ago though.
 
If you're 18+ and need a billboard to tell you not to boink 13 years olds, please have yourself castrated. That is all.

I know what I was doing when I was 15 with my 15 year old GF. That is all. Nothing has changed; society is less tolerant now, that's all.

I think they're targeting 40 year olds who pair with 15 year olds, not so much 15 year olds who pair with one another. That is legal, however the former is not.

Well, no actually it's not. If you're under the "legal age of consent" in whatever state you're in, you can STILL be charged wtih statuatory (sp?) rape. Which I think is a crock of shitt. :roll:

I happen to think the age of consent is too high in 99% of the states out there, but that is my opinion.

Sixteen year old girls standing on a street corner, cruising the mall or whatever, in hip hugger jeans and baby-t-shirts, heels and makeup that willingly hang out with ANYONE of any age are fair game IMHO.
