Trump is threatening to sue CNN. If the legal claims in his letter are any indication, I would think CNN will want him to sue and have a court decide this one.

See letter by attorney Charles Harder sent to CNN President Jeff Zucker and EVP David Vigilante on behalf of Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.

Trump's solution to every self-made problem he's ever had to deal with: "Don't fuck with me, I've got a shitload of lawyers and the money to pay them in order to bury anybody under a ton of their own legal fees who tries to get in my way."

Trump threatens to sue everybody. Remember all the times he called CNN the enemy of the people? Maybe that affected their attitude. Just a hunch.

FUCK HIM!!

Besides didn't his favorite network proclaim they are not obligated to tell the truth?

Again, FUCK HIM and his followers. If he just shutup once in a while half his negative coverage would go away. That would still make him the biggest liar most corrupt President of all time.

Can you imagine the laughter in the CNN offices when they received this?

Maybe in the newsroom.

Not so much in the legal department. Billable hours. They still have to pay lawyers to prepare a response to the lawsuit, or risk a default judgment.

I expect that there are plenty of lawyers hired already by CNN and hefty retainer fees paid. I would expect a countersuit is being prepared. Also note that this is not a lawsuit, just the usual threats and Trump would be expected to pay damages in such a frivolous case. He may stiff people but courts? He doesn't need enemies right now in the Judiciary although he no doubt has many for just cause due to the abuses of the rule of law.

Oh I dunno. I'm sure the initial reaction was laughter and a hearty, Liz Lemon sized eye-roll.

There is no lawsuit, merely an empty threat of one.

Damn. I wish he wouldn't do stuff like that. It makes him sound guilty and that's the last thing I want to believe.

What a cry baby.

It's one thing to criticize a news organization for sucking (ie fox news) it's a whole other to try and have POTUS sue them.

If conservatives want to endorse this, they should also agree Obama and Hillary should be hiring an army of lawyers to sue the hell out of conservative media. Good Lord they'll be rich..

Weird how the God-emperor of the alt-right free speech warriors hates free speech.

Anyway, behold the most frivolous lawsuit of our time.

"Avoid conflicts of interests.. " lol OMG the irony..
