If you look at BOA?s Credit Card application it will ask you if you are a U.S. Citizen. If you walk into a BOA local branch and apply for a CC they ask you for a LPR card etc. However, I must say that I?m not sure if they know how to access if that documentation is correct or not. If you also lie on your CC app I?m not sure if they have the ability to check. I?m pretty liberal when it comes to illegals but as far as Credit Cards go they shouldn?t be able to get them. They could simply lie and give wrong information. Somehow get a card. Do a cash advance for the full credit line and jump back into Mexico.

won't work. Credit card companies are global corporations not necessarily tied by allegiance to any country. They have no concept of "legal" or "illegal". Every person in the world is a potential customer to them.
