anyone use this before? i'm thinking about buying the new macbook pro using this.. sound like a good idea?

also, could i pay off any amount at any time? like paying 400 then a month later 1000

I've used it a few times. It's really like any credit card, though many times retailers use them as part of their 90 days or 12 months no interest programs. Retailers use them as a financing replacement for retailers-specific credit cards. Website use is plain and simple.

I actually used it for the first time the other day to get a discount on Amazon to get the wife an ipod :D

used it twice from different retailers fot a TB hdd a while back, you could pay it off the next day no problem

I have a newegg "preferred account" "powered by" Bill me later.

21% interest. Totally ridiculous. I only put things on there that I intend on paying off in full before the end of the month.

Putting $1,000 onto a card with 21 percent interest is a bad idea.
