LOS ANGELES, Sept. 5 -- Reversing himself as he faces a recall election, Gov. Gray Davis (D) tonight signed into a law a bill granting more than 1 million undocumented residents the right to obtain a driver's license, a move he said would make California roads safer.

of course they get to take the DMV test in their native language as opposed to english. its only a matter of time before we give them the right to vote too...

Well it's obvious he knows he isn't going to get re-elected so he's doing all the harm he can do while he's still in office.
