If pot is ever legalized it won't be under any kind of free market terms.
At the very least it will be regulated by the states in the same way liquor is.

I wouldn't invest dime 1 into that until the Federal law is abolished. I watched the show NBC did on the shops in California and even they knew to keep things on the down low to avoid the Feds. Although going on TV probably wasn't exactly keeping things on the down low.

And that's how it should have always been treated since the beginning of time.

Treat it exactly like alcohol, same rules and regulations apply, and I don't see a problem with it at all.

I agree, except that both should be for adults, not just adults older than other adults. Why is alcohol and marijuana only for 21?

If you want pot be legalize then you need to support the free market which will better signal to government that it is time to make it legal and incentivize politicians to see the wi$dom in making it legal. Otherwise they (government and especially politicians) will not listen and continue on the same path with their retarded government policies of declaring "War on....** insert reason to spend tax payer money on flawed ideas and provide government a reason at attaining more power over individuals.**".

The early twenties is when the human body typically reaches the end of its growth cycle and then the process of decline/dying starts slowly but surely.

However I would agree that pot is many times less dangerous then alcohol especially if you can eliminate the entire part of having to inhale smoke to consume it. However outside of DUI laws (due to slowed reaction times) and age laws there shouldn't be much regulation on pot in general considering again that it is nowhere near as dangerous as alcohol.

Inhaling smoke does not damage you unless you are doing it throughout the day on a very regular basis as with cigarette smokers. You inhale more smoke outside in a city throughout the day than a pot smoker does on a daily basis. As for the DUI, I have stated and linked independent studies that show that people who have smoked are actually safer drivers afterwards.

Smobli, the 21 age limit is mainly in response to the huge amount of fatal DUI crashes we had in this country before the laws changed the minimum age to 21. If the truth about driving stoned could be actually passed around they could set the limit for that to 18 like they do with tobacco. Sadly, too many people believe the false notion that smoking somehow makes you blackout drunk...lol
