I figure it was bill, but I honestly wonder who drove the part of strong arming Oxford University to not make their vaccine Open source and instead give exclusivity to AstraZenica

Seriously though that's quite shocking especially at their age. Sometimes organizations/businesses managed by a couple can take a toll on both parties though.

I think I know what the problem is... Melinda is a Dogecoin supporter, while Bill is an Ethereum fan. They've obviously been taking turns pumping their favorite crypto today!

I hate people. Why do people even get married when they plan on getting a divorce anyway?

They planned to divorce 25+ years ago when they got married?

Anyhow, I do find this hilarious to be happen right after Covid, especially with so much attention and interviews with them during COVID.

My guess is that one or both of them had been wanting a divorce for a while and they waited till kids were grown so that they wouldnt emotionally damage them with a custody battle.

65 is pretty old. I estimate I'll live til 80. With Gate's money, I'll give him 90; so 25 years left. 25 years is nothing. Once you get to 65 after being married 30 years, it's time to put on your big boy pants, and play with the hand you're dealt. Better than feeding lawyers in a divorce.

65 is the new 30. :p

any indication as to why?
(i am allergic to fashion/lifestyles magazines and media so i risk a life-threatening injury if i read that link)

Melinda seemed to have turned him from evil overlord into enlightened philanthropist, why would she abandon all the work she's done.

Let's see. Divorce typically reflects a very simple motivation in males with beaucoup de money. He wants to get laid without ( being found out) cheating so he divorces .
EDIT
If only I er.. if I ugh.. If only....$$$$$$$$$$$

Perhaps Melinda used a Macbook for the first time, and suddenly realized that she's been supporting the wrong team all along :)

Sorry, Melinda... but Tim Cook is gay.

Both looking for newer, younger models.

They're rich enough that they'll be fine if it's split 50/50. Even with a pre-nup, 30 years deserves a decent severance package.

just think about it, what is the only thing better than being a billionaire?

Umm ... I don't know if you've been paying attention, but Covid isn't "over" yet.

It's only getting started. We are only on year 2/10 of the 2020 decade now. Things are about to get exciting.

By 2022 the virus will have mutated to also affect killer hornets, so when those start coming out, they'll also have covid-19.
