Not that difficult when there are web-based applications that can make the voting calls and individuals can vote as many times as they want. All it takes is a handful of giggling prepubes redialing the voting number a thousand times in one night and you've got yourself the most bogus voting scheme since the erroneous presidential election voting machines.

Seriously, trying to compare American Idol vote tally numbers to actual measurable logistics is downright laughable. =/

The last time I checked the scamming retards that call themselves phone companies instituted "free nights and weekends" many years ago in yet another retarded ploy to con American's into signing contracts. So even the stupid ones who don't utilize the carriers that DON'T charge by minute and give unlimited local instead (for which there are MANY) would not be paying to vote as many times as they saw fit.

i think he means that idol charged you to vote. not that your phone company would charge you for the minutes used. i have only watched a few minutes of the show and i seem to remember seeing a disclaimer on the bottom saying something along the lings of 99c per call or some crap like that.
