Do you smoke? I used to get those when I was a heavy smoker, and even then only occasionally. Haven't seen once sine quitting though. Was it visible when 'attached' to your throat? Sometimes I feel like I have one back there, but I think it's probably mental - all the same, any tips for a visual self-checkup? 😛
