Me? My new computer...

Dropped about 4.5 g's on it...not including the LCD and games and things like external hard drives, mice, keyboards, battery backups, etc...

Whats the biggest thing you bought and how much was it?
 
1) you system rigs link is wrong
2) you wasted about 2.5k on that computer not including the LCD and games and things like external hard drives, mice, keyboards, battery backups, etc..
3) my car didnt cost 4.5k

biggest thing i have purchased in the last year was most likely the Sigma 100-300 f/4 EX IF HSM about $900
 
Biggest? My pond, I guess. It's around 1/2 acre and ran a little over 3k for excavator rental, pipe for the overflow, etc.
If that doesn't count, then it'd be my wood chipper (big, PTO driven, tree eating monster.) It was around $1600.
Today I had to go buy a new water heater. 🙁 That ran about $400 for the tank and parts.

You paid that much and just got two raptors? 😛 silly man, should've gotten like 4 or 5 of em, put em in an array. Toss in a few 400GB storage drives, and then I'd respect you.
