I hate the fact that to switch windows you have to press CTRL+TAB, and the fact that the TAB button is right next to the Q, and CTRL+Q makes you quit out of Opera.

I had a relatively long post going on, at least compared to my usual one word/line responses, when I decided to switch windows but hit the Q instead.

ARGHH!

I thought the biggest annoyance was that it hogs RAM like no other program

Opera has an option to confirm exit, this way ctrl+q will not close opera .

Preferences -> Start and exit -> Confirm exit

Tab is a pretty large button, for you to miss it and hit Q really says a lot

What's it say? They're right next to each other. I suppose you've never made a typo in your life?

Just hold down the right mouse button and scroll the mouse wheel. This is how I change windows.

Does anyone else find themselves using mouse gestures in other programs. I don't know how many times I've tried shutting down my ftp client using the "down-right" motion.

Same here. If the page breaks in Opera I have to use IE and then get frustrated trying to close it. I almost hate using IE now cause I can notice the speed diff.

Generally speaking, i make typo's when i'm typing fast. When you are reaching for ALT and TAB, you tend to do so slowly as they aren't as readily accessable as the letters we use to communicate with.

But besides that, i've got a link for you

That's me in IE :) I'm quite disappointed that Opera doesn't export its mouse gestures to other programs.
