I'm fine with the size though. When boards get too big you can't seem to get a word in edgwise. You reply to something and by the time it's up the original post you were replying to is 2-3 pages back.

I'll put in the "this site probably doesn't count archived posts" and "some of those boards don't prune old accounts" arguments that make these "biggest forum" sites a little inaccurate.

66k seems much too low, I seem to remember hearing it receives between 1-2m unique hits per month. That could be completely wrong, but so is 66k at any rate

I'm pretty sure Gaia is half forum half RPG or something so I'm betting there's a number of people with a number of accounts for purposes of 'farming' or whatever. Plus people love to troll there, so they add up.
