The Biggest LCD: Samsung's LT-P468W 46" - $9,999.

Samsung's latest LCD progeny doesn't match the sheer size of the 50"-plus plasma displays, but it offers something no current PDP can--true 1080p (1920x1080) pixel resolution.

thank you!

my family has wanted a large lcd tv, because plasmas look good on the showroom floor, but when you get home and plug it in, the quality goes WAY DOWN! plus, the highest resolution is 768 pixels!

i think i've heard reports of 54" and 57" lcds from samsung and/or sharp (those are two VERY good lcd tv manufacturers)

the fireplace wall that I wanna hang it on can handle 56", so I think I'll go with the 54"
