First of all, congratulations on the interview! Second, if they ask if you have any questions, at least ask ONE question. Heck, ask something about the company or if they offer stock options for full-time employees. (something like that) Just go in prepared and give a response for anything asked.

FYI, the rules of ethics prevent all U.S. law firms from offering any form of stock, much less stock options.
