For that, I dunno. You would have to look at the chipset it uses, and see the max it supports.

forget the chipset, buy a cheap ass enclosure and mod it to bypass the chipset and just plug the eSATA port directly to the drive's SATA.
It has a plethorea of benefits compared to using a stupid middleman processor.

- Bridge Chipset: Oxford 911 + Cypress AT2


Not having much luck finding the max it supports though...
