Bigger SSD > Easy transfer all from previous SSD?

I currently have a nearly full Intel X25 128GB SSD and Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with an external 3TB WD drive as well.

Considering the Crucial MX100 SSD 512GB as a replacement, and I see myself getting Windows 10 in the Fall when released.

Could I for now transfer everything (OS and all progs) from the Intel SSD to the new Crucial?
 
Yes, generally the Crucial MX100 comes w/ Acronis True Image 2014 and you should be able to use that to clone you X25 to the MX100, I went through the same process when I went from my old Crucial C300 256 ssd to the MX100 512 ssd.
