I've decided to go to an LCD as this 20 inch CRT is just getting huge. Decent picture and all still (gotta love sony tubes) but this thing is 70 lbs.
I'm at a stand still and can't make up my mind. There is a beauty of a 19" LCD - the HP W19b - This thing has HP's brightview technology giving it a crystal clear look. But its 19"... and would run me 260 clams
Then there is the $300 22" Acer AL2216Wbd - I've checked it out and its up there with some of the more expensive 22" monitors out there. Really dusts the HP 22" and almost there with the Gateway.
I just wish someone made a 22" screen like that brightview. I found a 20" NEC but its also a TV so it costs $500+.
If some one can direct me to a 22" monitor with a screen similar to that it'd be great. And if you have experience with both or either monitor any and all "its great" or "avoid at all costs" would help me out.
I just figured I'd throw out there my dead in the water choice...
