Big trouble with Regcleaner

Well, I have delete files Shell Extensions and Shared DLLs and now I just can't open program except IE5 ! If someone can help I really appreciate because my computer is actually very strange... I know there is backups for restore but I just can't open the prog.!! Thanx
 
I agree with bonkers325, the easiest way to fix this would have to be a format and install. Even if you can recover some of the files, you still need a re-install to get EVERYTHING back anyways.
