So I ordered the 256MB pc133 memman infineon cas3 stick. Got it today and first noticed the infineon chips number do not end in -7.5 like my 128MB stick but rather -7. So I wonder if it's going to be a problem. I try it out and go into Sandra and here's what it says:

Bank 0 Setting: 128MB SDRAM 6-1-1-1R 4-1-1-1W 2-2-2CL
Bank 1 Setting: 128MB SDRAM 6-1-1-1R 4-1-1-1W 2-2-2CL
Bank 2 Setting: 64MB SDRAM 6-1-1-1R 4-1-1-1W 2-2-2CL
Bank 3 Setting: 64MB SDRAM 6-1-1-1R 4-1-1-1W 2-2-2CL
Memory Bus Speed: 144MHz
Bank Interleave: 4-way

And:

Memory Module 1: Apacer Technology 256MB 16x(16Mx8) SDRAM PC133U-222-542 (CL3 upto 143MHz) (CL2 upto 133MHz)
Memory Module 2: Texas Instruments 128MB 16x(8Mx8) SDRAM PC133U-333-542 (CL3 upto 133MHz)
Memory Bus Speed: 144MHz

So it looks like I got a True Cas2 chip. :D I also notice that the Texas Instruments(Memman too) runs 2-2-2. Before it only did 2-3-3.

Me very happy. :D At least untill someone tells me I'm wrong. By the way, by it ending in -7, does that mean it's 7ns ram?

:D:):D:cool:
