I need to flash my K7T turbo Bios to the Overclocker's Bios. Now my computer restarts by itself when power management kicks in. Anyone know how to fix it.

Wellll......it is a beta Bios isn't it? So maybe there are some issue's with it?????

Try the normal 2.4 Bios and see if the problem goes away. If so, you've found the problem. (BIOS!)

Johny: Have you already updated your bios? If so which beta bios did you flash? I just installed my K7T Turbo last night. I have not updated the bios yet from the shipping 2.4. I did notice that changing my multiplier from default (10x) to 8 resulted in a 12x multiplier change (came up as 1200mhz). I bumped it back to default and from reading the K7T Turbo thread I'll need the beta bios for correct multiplier ratings.

I'm using the most current beta overclocker's bios. The restarting problem is a bios issue. I know that, but my burner didn't work right when I had the old bios which is the 2.4.

On a side note: Do you have the RAID version? I am currently debating whether or not to flash the beta bios on my RAID board..

Back to your problem, have you tried enabling/disabling APM and ACPI? And what OS are you running, 2K?

I am running windows ME. I was suppose to get a Turbo R, but they messed up and sent me a Turbo. I have tried disabling APM, if I disable ACPI in bios, then my clock time is messed up, but my computer works fine when power management kicks in.
