big problem with my asus ti200 deluxe

Hello

just got my asus ti200 deluxe and until now nothing worked good. I am unable to load asus live , my computer always freezes. I tried the driver that comes with the card its 21.81. And also tried 21.81a beta. I also tried to play quake 3 but my computer freezes when the game loads. when I boot, I also get and error ... anvshell.exe cant load and windows kills it

I have no clue. Help me

I am on win2000 sp2, p3 800mhz, 384 meg of ram, asus cusl2.

Give this site a try. http://www.maxreboot.com/technogarb/ I have used drivers from them that helped me on 98se and win2k. They add Asus functions to the Nvidia ref drivers.

I would uninstall the asus specific software, that exe file that had a problem is the asus tray tool .. try the latest det3 drivers ..

I got it I forgot that I was overclocking my cpu... my front side bus was at 112 mhz so my agp slot was overclock by 12% ..... The card could not take it
