BIG PROBLEM IN CD/WRITER

I'am having the CD-RW "Creative 4.2.24 X " & and am facing that problem with it
after finshing the write proceess successfully as the prgram says
i found no data on the CD .... !!!!!

i cant usa the cd again , its destroyed

i tried every thing

but i think i must change the HEAD of CD-Writer

but i dont know from where can i buy the head
& how much it cost

plz write the site that i can purchase the HEAD from it

This sounds like a most interesting problem. Can you read the burnt CD in another drive, other than the burner?

I know of no place where you can get a burner fixed. They're pretty disposable nowaday.. you can get replacements for $100. Sort of like fixing a motherboard. It's not really worth everybody's time to fix.
