big problem help

Hi every one.
I have a big problem. The other day I purchased ASUS k7v133 MB. The problem is that when I try to install my boxed AMD 1000 266 it would not boot at all. Any one has nay idea what can it be?
ATI Radion Video card
Mushkin 128 k ram
CPU multiplier = 7.5
CPU FSB = 133
The weird thing is, if I set CPU FSB less then 133 it works.

By the way the same CPU works just fine on ABIT KT7A-Raid MB

The only thing that springs to mind is, seeing that it's FSB related, try taking out your PCI cards and see if that helps.
Do you have a good quality video card? I had heaps of problems with no boot and blue screening with several cheaper AGP cards on my A7v133.
Maybe stick another one in and try it.
