It shouldn't discount him from being the MVP. The sox easily have 8 or 9 wins this season solely because of his bat late in the game.

He'll "get screwed" because he's a fatass that works 3 minutes a night. Just contemplate this as you're singing his praises as a "player" as that's what the P in MVP stands for: He's a worse fielder than Manny Ramirez. That's scary. Would he be as good a clutch hitter if he had to pry his bulk out of his Barcalounger and work at fielding a position like real baseball players do?
