Did someone do this? I'll try to not let that count if that is the only reason for the "fading out". Let me know if you see someone do that.

I love this report! The thing I loved the most when I was a new member of TA was watching the way I moved up in the early days, not only within the team but worldwide. Steady production allowed you to consistently pass people day after day, it was great! Sometimes I feel like starting over.

Smokeball, I think this is the greatest report you have. Not that the others aren't good, I like them and watch them daily.
But, once our new recruits get hooked on stats, we never loose them or if we do its only for a short time.

This is a lot like teaching someone to ride a bike, they need lots of encouragement at the beginning.
This report does it!
