because i keep messing up with my names and numbers, i'll try this
this was tagged as $24.88 last night, but i want to check again, because another store had it with no tag and $49.99. the version i'm talking about has had a "number one" in the top left corner

this is $14.98 (did not scan -- labeled)

this was tagged as $37.88 at both stores

and this was shelf taggd as $37.88
not hot, but i'm just posting to correct myself
guess i'll start using paper again

Remove the NBA Inside drive 2002 at comp usa for $14.XX and actually all of those games that were on sale that weekend. Bloodwake, Abes munchworld, amped. All those games are now $19.99 at Comp Usa.

Thanks for the heads-up. List updated...altho some of the titles are still coming up as $14.92 for me, including Amped and Blood Wake.

Ah man really?? I wanted to pick up Inside drive 2002. I had them scan it and it came up at $19.99. I didnt buy it. I was there last week and saw all games with sticker for the $14.xx price and all of the display prices were taken down. Did your comp have it for $14.92?
I might have to hit another one.

I went and found a brand new one at half.com and used a $5 off coupon and got ID 2002 for $11.60 shipped to me!! gamefixx plus shipping and tax was $18.91

Your better off going into EB yourself to get the deal vs online. Save some money on shipping. Unless you dont have an EB near you.

I believe the "upto" means that when you combine it with the DVD rebate it could be up to that amount in rebate, but in practice doesn't work. The only rebate offer ebgames.com is offering is $20 in rebates when you get the bundle, dvd kit and two games (one of them has to be halo, blinx, nfl 2003 or quantum red shift).

I pondered on the deal for a while and decided to get the system just by itself instead. I didn't need the dvd kit, so the $20 in rebate really only makes the dvd kit $9.99 after I buy the whole package, and there was only one game I wanted for the xbox (halo), I decided that I would just get the bundle, halo and another gamecube game preowned with the 20% off coupon. Right now they have a 30% off coupon for preowned, so you could potentially save more if you are going to grab halo, doa 3 and another game to push it over the $89.99 threshold (the minimum amount required for the 30% preowned coupon to work).

For me my total was 280 and change with the bundle, halo and beach spikers (gc) both preowned, with next day shipping. Since their next day was only 8.99, it beats the tax (8.25%) I have to pay for the bundle alone if I were to get the system in store. So I am a happy camper.

Can't wait for the system to arrive tomorrow so I could get another controller at costco and play some multiplayer halo!

I saw NCAA college Football 2K3 for xbox tonight here in Southern Cal B&M Target for $24.88
and alittle sign that read "temporary price reduction" Don't really need another football
game but it's a good price. :)

Some confusion on the names with the two NCAA titles.

I believe this deal was B&M only. This was originally posted to the thread and list on 10/9. At that time it wasn't clear whether the DVD rebate would be valid or not with the new Sega bundles. Of course, now we know for certain it ISN'T valid. I'm updating the list now.

Even so, EB was offering a separate $30 rebate with the purchase of an Xbox and 2 games. Not sure if that rebate is still valid (nearest EB is about 60 miles one way from here).

It is only for the EA ncaa 2003. Not Sega. I was there this weekend when I saw it.

Yes it was the Sega NCAA 2K3 on sale. I have NFL 2K3 so I'm familiar with
the difference in football titles. As noted it was a temporary price reduction as of last
night (wednesday) when I was there.

yes it was posted, but i'm glad to see that i wasn't imagining things (i don't have an xbox yet, so i'm loathe to alert any emps of low prices). thanks!
also simpson's road rage $14.98 ;) tony hawk $9.98. they had some others on the same row with the tags ripped, but the emp was postiive that quantum redshift, abe's odyssey and the like were $49.99. see what i mean?

The free controller deal at Target ends tommorow, and I can't get to a Target before then. :( :(:(
