easily worth 10 bucks...... i played it for 2 dayz straight n beat the game in the career mode or wtvr its called .... but once u beat the game.... the game is only fun when u play multiplayer... especially 4 player.... it can last a long while with its simple control yet addictive gameplay

Smugglers Run is $14.99 again at KBToys.

For what it's worth, in a clearance section at Target last night (a couple isles away from the games), they had Fifa 2003 and Rogue Squadran 2 for $14.99 each. I got Fifa...only thing bad is the thing needs 54 blocks to save anything.
 
stopped by my target to see if they had rogue squadron (they didn't) but picked up tony hawk 3 for $7.48. not too shabby. guess these target deals are purely ymmv.
 
Finally got a copy of Beach Spikers @BB for 9.99. There were out at my closest BB but I called my friend scored two at his closest one. Now I have to wait until the weekend to get it from him 🙁

I gotta check this wiredlounge out!

BTW, and this probably doesn't even need to be mentioned, but I'll mention it anyway - you were right about the vehicle I was referring to. What's even sicker is what Porsche has gone out and done.
 
for those who weren't able to get it from best buy, beach spikers is also 9.99 at ebgames.com - just search for beach spikers... too bad it's not free shipping at the moment. if you don't mind waiting, i'm sure they'll bring back free shipping sometime.

You won't be disappointed 🙂 I jumped on the same $10 BB deal too. I wish I had bought this game when it came out, it's very addictive in multiplayer.
 
yes BeachSpikers is way better than any of us thought.. i put aside TS2 and metroid to play and beat and unlock everything in the game, sad i know but so much fun! 15 min here, 30 min there.. thats all the time i get usually.

And as for multiplayer, dont get me started.. its totally ridiculous that with soccer slam, TS2, smash bros, monkey ball, waverace, and nfl2k3 that beach spikers gets the most play among my friends (3 different groups at separate times and we played it for hours each time) ..

Best parts about multiplayer are the sweeping camera so its not split screen for 4 players.. a total must for 27' tvs or smaller.. that and only timing and pretty much the A button for beginners, albeit it turns into a game of chess with each move when people start learning how to block and find good position..

Does anyone know if the Electronics Boutique Beach Spikers deal applies in store as well?

I would definitely recommend Smuggler's Run for $15. I bought it from Wired Lounge for $20 and like it a lot. Worth every cent. I would also recommend WiredLounge (I think I might have already). Their service was great, and very fast, though of course aided by the fact that I live near (NJ to NYC).


 
EB Store prices will reflect online prices after a while, so just hang on ... I rushed to buy NBA 2K3 and NFL 2K3 online only to find that it is the same price in the store.
 
I think its the same one that's been going on. Also, how is there 80% off of anything?? The lowest price is 14.99. If that was 80% off, then the original price was $75.00!!! I don't know what kind of math EBGames is using, heh. They're still low prices, just not 80% off anything as far as I can tell.

there was probably an item that was $9.99, so 80% off would imply an original price of $49.99. Of course, I doubt the original price should have been that high anyway, but they can say whatever they want 🙂
 
Got the list updated with everybody's posts. I will on cleaning up the list more as time permits (damn 12 hour workdays)
