big hard drive ?

I recently acquired a Dell Dimension 4300, I would like to add a fairly large hard drive (160 gig+). Any way to easy tell if I need to upgrade the bios to do that, I have looked at dells site but haven't found it.

Depends on OS, if you are using XP with SP2 usually bigger HDs are not a problem - no harm in upgrading the bios though. You may also need to enable large HDs in the bios and make minor registry changes.
