people play starcraft 2 now

This hp stream 11 won't play the demo well. In the market for a laptop to be able to play starcraft 2 smoothly on bnet. Will probably sell the hp stream 11 for a majorly reduced price

Want something I can do easy pay for. Monthly payments for like 5-6 months or so. I got this stream 11 from qvc, it's a great laptop for wc3 frozen thone, but not for starcraft 2. Should I get a pricier laptop from qvc, or is there a better website for laptops for easy pay? thanks

Starcraft 2 will probably lag on 3200x1800 resolution. Not to mention its limited to 16:9 aspect ratios. You ought to look for something with a 1920x1080 resolution, and preferably something with a discrete GPU. Intel's highest end Iris Pro GPUs are passable for esports games but tend to only sell in the most expensive laptops so you are better off with a low/mid end CPU with an entry level AMD or Nvidia GPU.

Actually isn't SCII mostly CPU bound? As in only uses 2 cores? So you'd want the max speed/turbo dual core setup you can afford. And a discrete GPU would be icing.
