Big difference in better heatsink?

Hey. Currently, I'm getting about 42C idle and 48C full load @ 1.55v clocked at 2300mhz (11.5x200). I was wondering, would it make a big difference if I were to get the Thermalright SP-97 heatsink? I'm trying to get my current setup cooler by putting 120mm side intake (it'll be done real soon... the dremel ran out of batteries and I've yet to get the screw holes in). I'd rather not spend so much money but I will if it will run significantly cooler. thanks~

EDIT: case temp fluxuates between 28C and 30C. If it's a hot day and I have the side on while on full load for a long time, the CPU temp will shoot up to 50C.

EDIT #2: Also, feel free in suggesting some other heatsinks (possibly ones that are cheaper and will provide adequate cooling? [sub-45C on full load would do me just dandy])

dont bother. u will effectively be paying more money for your overclock, an overclock which is supposed to save you money.

only buy better hs when you want more overclock or if your system is unstable. or if you want to run with a lower rpm fan for silence, which involves silencing all your other system components too. $$$

thanks... I don't think I'm going to get one. I just put in a side intake fan and now it's running much much cooler (37C idle, 43C load)
