Big Bug Founded on DFI LP UT NF4!!

I am using DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra-D & Crucial Ballistix PC3200
When I use CPU 1.376v HTT 240MHz 1:1 & memory 2.5-2-2-6 @ 240MHz 2.75v system boot and is Fully Stable (prime 24+)
but when I try to reach HTT 245MHz 1:1 (and higher) system cant boot with any setting even CPU 1.55v HTT 245MHz & memory 3-4-4-8 @ 245MHz 3.0v !!! or CPU 1.50v HTT 245MHz & memory 2.5-3-3-6 @ 245MHz 3.1v

I test my Ballistix with DFI Infinity NF4 Ultra and I could reach 3-3-3-8 @ 300MHz 2.8v!!!!
whats the Problem! I test other DFI LP UT NF4 and have same problem

DFI LP UT NF4 have BIG bug!? How I can Fix problem?!

Theres a known problem with Crucial and DFI boards. Its like the Seasonic problem...

Don't buy a DFI board with crucial RAM or a seasonic PSU?

did you change the LDT mult from auto to 3x?

Have you tried an HTT of 250MHz?

I'm using a seasonic S12 w/o issue...
I think older seasonic PSU had a problem. You can RMA it and they will fix it for you.
