I don't think its a stretch at all to think if this was say a black football player accused of this type of stuff, things would have been handled differently.
This is a pretty retarded statement.
Celebrities get off on charges regardless of if they are white or black. Few examples, with one being a terrible crime and one being a so called "rape" charge
Black:
OJ Simpson
Kobe Bryant
White:
Jonbenet Ramsey case where her parents clearly were involved
Rothlischeesebuger
Did Kobe do it? Its more likely since charges were pressed and that it was settled out of court, but I don't think he did. Did Ben do it? Possibly but charges were never files, and if they had been - he would have probably gotten off any way the same way Kobe did.
Michael Vick is the exception to this rule, and had to be made an example of - for whatever reason. Maybe he needed to hire a better lawyer, or he didn't pay enough people off or enough of the right people
Then you have Ray Lewis and JR Smith who have strait up killed people and got off. Being in Denver, I can tell you that JR is a strait up thug and is a POS probably involved with lots of other crap he never gets caught for.
They are both black.
Then there is that Hockey player who strait up killed someone too, and got off. Who was white, can't think of his name though.
So the moral of the story is. Celebrities are above the law.
Michael Vick too, anyone else would have been in jail twice as long - and would never have been able to come back to their old job like nothing happened and be a success story again.
