Is it me or are the first two episodes this season a little low on the laugh-meter? It just felt forced last night.

Agreed. There's not nearly enough of those nerdy moments where they talk about a bunch of stuff only a few of us sometimes understand. I hope they haven't jumped the shark already...I love the show.

Why do they need a laugh-meter when they have a laugh track? The few times I've tried to watch the show I couldn't focus on the plot because the laugh track is so loud and irritating.
Do people really need a cue to laugh?
