Bicycles & Drive-throughs

Does anyone happen to know for certain whether restaurants can legally prohibit bicycles from using drive-through services?

Yes, they can legally prohibit bicycles in their drive throughs. They can prohibit service to anyone, as long as it's not based on race or religion.

There are plenty of private mens and womens clubs where the other sex isn't allowed. There is nothing illegal about it. Not sure if that extends to establishments targeted to consumers...
