BH6 Version and BIOS upgrade question

I have a ABit BH6 mobo and I want to flash it with a new BIOS version. I know that when it posts my last two letters are "KG." Am I only able to use the BIOS update that says "KG" or can I use any other? Also, is there a flashing utility that I use? Thanks
