BH6 + USB front panel

I'm putting together a BH6 with a case that has front usb panel with a 4 pin connector plus a single ground. The BH6 doesn't have a front USB header. Is there a USB card with an internal connector that will work?

I apologize if this shouldn't be in Motherboards but hopefully someone has run into this with a BH6 or similar mobo and can offer some advice.

I have a better question. Is there a firewire card with an internal connector that will allow you to properly connect a front 1394 port?
 
There are firewire cards with internal front panel headers but they are $70. I was hoping to find a cheaper solution with just USB 🙁

I have seen USB cards with internal connectors, but they're regular USB connectors and not the pins, so you'd have to convert it somehow (you're on your own for this one).

If you really need one and have problems finding them, PM me. I can help you get a PCI USB 2.0 card that has three external ports and one internal port for relatively cheap.
