Specifically, the Pentium 200MMX requires a Socket-7 motherboard. The Abit BH6 uses Slot-1 cpus (or Socket-370 with a slocket) which are/were the Pentium II/III and Celeron cpus.

Just a question,

Did they ever invent or try to invent a slocket for socket 7 cpu's. Or it just wasn't worth it?

The chipsets are not compatible.

The P6 family (PPro, P2, P3, Celeron) use a completely different bus and voltage to the P5 family (Pentium, Pentium MMX).

A Pentium MMX 200MHz simply will not work in a BH6: wrong processor.
