With active cooling(1 or 2 80mm fans), can BH-6 live for a fairly lengthy time at 3.1-3.2v?
 
Short answer is yes, it can take as much abuse as BH-5. My old 2 x 512mb BH-6 ran at 3.32 volts actual for close to a year before I sold it to someone else. It's still in use at a more reasonable 3.0 volts in his setup.
