BGP Question

Here is my brief Map:
Arris CMTS
ospf to Catalyst 6509

Catalyst 6509 AS XXXX
bgp to ASR1006 for ISP1 (ASR: g0/0/0 in g0/0/2 out)
bgp to 7200VXR for ISP 2 (VXR: g0/1 in g0/2 out)

both current connections g0/0/0's IP and g0/1's IP are the same AS in the 6509

- I am adding a third ISP and need to run ge connection to the 6509 for more bandwidth capabilities.
Do I need to configure the ge's ip address that I am running to the 6509 as a BGP neighbor in the 6509?

I am really confused as to what you are asking here, I get the layout but as to what you are doing I am lost.

Are you asking how to add a 3rd ISP to BGP for failover capability? Or are you doing something else that I am just missing?

I have added the third ISP and is the second in my ASR for more bandwidth capabilities. My issue is trying to load balance it in my 6509- I ran another ethernet cord from the ASR into the 6509 but is not passing traffic between the 2 devices (it is splitting up my traffic in the ASR - but I want this done in the 6509)
