I just got a new (my 2nd) Abit BG7 board from NewEgg. I'm still having the same CMOS Checksum error issue that ended up frying my last P4 2.26 CPU... But that's another story for another thread...
This BG7 came with the extra bracket that provides two USB ports, sub and rear speaker outputs and S/PDIF Out. Unfortunately, it didn't come with an S/PDIF IN, which I seem to recall my last BG7 board (or it's bracket mounting, actually) DID have. I checked the Abit web site and it says it only comes with an S/PDIF OUT (no mention of IN).
Is my memory wrong? Am I imagining things? Did anyone else out there get a BG7 and an S/PDIF IN?
