just looked at best buy online, they now have the BFG 6800GT for $379.99 plus another $40 off on a mail in rebate. ALSO - if you order online, you get a free game (up to $49.99) to go with it.

I saw this deal this morning and thought it was pretty good. I would love to have this card but I'm holding out for even lower prices and not really crazy about fooling with a rebate. I'm sold on BFG since they give you a lifetime warranty. Good deal on a great card for anyone wanting it now.

The ad has the same deal for the BFG 6200 OC -- free game up to $49.99

Man this is so tempting...I'm not sure if I should get this card or a new 7xxx =(

Anyone know how long it takes to get a BB rebate?

And this may be a bit of a derail, but do you guys know what the prices of 6800 gt/ultra should drop to after the new cards come out?

Not that BB would do this mind you *whistles sarcastically*, but let's hope they don't put some mysterious exclusion on BF2 for free with this deal...

This is very tempting, especially since I'm in the market for both a new video card and BF2. My 9700 np is on it's last legs. The only thing making me hesitate is the TAX and the rebate. Doing the math, after the rebate and free game, the total for the video card comes to $314. Not bad for this card by any means, but it's still $300+ for a video card. I may have to sleep on this :) Thanks for the heads up though Op.

I have a quick question. I noticed that there is a $10 dollars off every $100 dollars floating around for bestbuy.com. Which brought the total to $351 before tax and before the rebate and free game. Would using this likely void the free game and/or rebate, since I noticed the free game stipulates that the offer is not valid in combination with other offers. Thanks
