BFG Rules!

I just wanted to let everyone know what a class act BFG is. I was fortunate enough to have someone donate a BFG nvidia 6200 AGP video card to me for my build for charity. Upon installing the card and booting up I noticed that the fan was making some high pitched noise and was quite annoying.

I contacted BFG and explained the situation and they gave me a RMA # and address to mail it to them. In only a couple days they shipped it back to me UPS fully repaired without a charge. They even included a BFG t-shirt!!

When I was building computers back in the day I usually purchased from eVGA because of their step up program. Because of BFG's outstanding customer service I will definately consider them for my next computer build. Thanks!!

Did you mention to them that you didn't buy the card and it was donated to you by someone else?

BTW, going forward.... you have to forward them the receipt or invoice for cards bought now.

I've heard that BFG has a great customer service. I've never had a card made by them, but I'm starting to think my next one will be a BFG.

I also had a positive experience with BFG recently. Got a RMA on a 6800GT that was acting up and they sent out a new one. Everything was handled very quickly and easily.

I did mention that it was donated and not purchased. I filled out all the repair info on their website and they emailed me a RMA #. They did not ask for a receipt or invoice. Not sure if they did all of this because it was for charity and only a fan had to be replaced. None the less they left me impressed and I will remember that in the future.

There is no receipt or invoice required for BFG RMA's. They have the best customer service and warranty program out there. And yes, this is from personal experience.

They changed it on 2/21/08.

All products sent in for Return Merchandise Authorization (?RMA?) in connection with warranty claim must include a copy of the original invoice or receipt.
